Hotel Felsenhof

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. I cannot think of one think I could complain about during our 7 days stay at Felsenhof hotel. Everything in the hotel is welcoming, from the small sink especially designed for children, to the fact that all through the day there is coffee, cookies and fruits available for guests and the diverse choice of food. Also, the staff did their best to accommodate our requests: for instance, our initial party of 7, was joined for dinner by another party of 4. The restaurant staff made sure we were all comfortably seated and did not refuse us even for New Years’s dinner, when all the hotel and restaurant was full. The Flachau ski resort is accessible by a 7 minutes bus ride or 4 minutes car drive and there are numerous hiking and biking trails. I’d like to thank all the staff for their warm attitude and hope will be coming back soon.

My fiancé and I just left after staying 6 nights and I already miss the experience we had here. This hotel is so charming, relaxing, and beyond friendly! It’s like everyone is a family with the staff. The amenities are wonderful , price, parking, location and they kept the culture of the city vibrant in the hotel through the room design and cuisine . We don’t enjoy the big corporate hotels because of the lack of comfort and care. We will be back next year for sure

One of the best rests in my life) First of all -this is a family hotel. A family-friendly one! Many children - but you don't really see them a lot, because the hotel has so many things for the children. And the views from the top pool and sauna are unbelievable. Staff is more than nice - it all feels a kind of a fairy tale) I was the only single person in the hotel, which was exactly what I needed, but if you are looking for a place to meet someone, then probably this is the only issue here))) other than that - all is just wonderful!

Wonderful hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 7 nights during new years 2019 with our 2.5 year old daughter. The hotel is very suited for kids. Most people stay here and go skiing during the day (we did not go skiing) Play: Very large kids play area, toys, board games, slides and more. The pool is small but suited for children to have fun as well. There are pool toys available for use. Outside the hotel there is an old ski slope (no lift). We took some slays from the hotel and went to have fun on the slope. Food: Kids buffet starts before dinner so you can make sure the kids have had a good dinner before you start yours. Kids food was sometimes tastier than the adults food. There is a baby bar filled with any baby food requirements you have. Dinner for adults was good. Although most of the time we were full by the time our main dish arrived Daycare: Our daughter stayed in the daycare 2 half days. She liked it but the teachers speak only German and English. At least we got some time to ourselves. Other parents left their kids for entire day there.
